The Seven One Seven Flying Disc Club (717FDC) is based in Franklin County, Pennsylvania and Washington County, Maryland and focuses on promoting the growth of the sport of disc golf through organization, competition, and community involvement. We are an open invitation club and welcome all disc golfers to join.
Our efforts are focused on 4 local courses, Whispering Falls, Ditto Farms, Rhodes Grove, and Cove Valley Disc Golf Courses. We host several PDGA sanctioned tournaments throughout the year as well as a few unsanctioned fundraiser tournaments to give back to the local community. In addition, we hold a weekly points league and a doubles league between the months of March and November, as well as a winter putting league. Our members work with both the public and private entities that these courses reside on to help maintain them and promote healthy use of these resources.
